Connect Telegram for stock alerts
Get low-stock and out-of-stock alerts in your Telegram chat or channel.

What it does
Telegram carries merchant stock alerts — low stock and out of stock — to a chat or channel you own. It cannot message customers; only WhatsApp reaches customers.
Steps
You need two values: a bot token and a chat (or channel) ID.

Talk to @BotFather on Telegram, send /newbot, and copy the bot token it gives you.

Add the bot to your chat or channel, then find the chat ID (send a message, then open https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates and read the chat id).

In the dashboard go to Integrations → Telegram → Connect, paste the bot token and chat ID, and save.

Press Send test message and confirm it arrives before relying on it.
Tip: For a channel, add the bot as an administrator — otherwise it can join but cannot post.
