Set which notifications are sent
Choose which order and stock events send messages, per channel and language.

The events
Every message Pesanle can send is one event: order created, order paid, delivery updates, order cancelled, review request, stock low and stock out. Order messages are on by default and go out by email; stock alerts and invoice reminders start off. A shop that never opens this screen still tells its customers the order was received, paid, shipped, cancelled and is ready to review.
Steps
Open Notification settings in the dashboard.

For each customer event (created, paid, delivery update, cancelled), switch it on or off.

Decide whether delivery updates mean only shipped + delivered, or every courier scan in between.

Review requests are on by default; switch one off if you would rather not ask for ratings.

Set the low-stock threshold and switch stock low / stock out alerts on for each connected channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).
Tip: Order messages are on by default, so a shop tells its customers out of the box. A seller who wants silence switches them off here; stock alerts and invoice reminders wait to be turned on.
Language
Message language follows the shop language. Keep templates short — the customer’s first message is the payment instruction, and anything above it pushes the amount off screen.
